Carolyn,

You have your William Crump mixed up again!

Please check the county court record: York County, 24 June 1659: William Crump deposes his age as "27 or thereabouts." He signed by his mark "W." This William Crump is from New Kent County, adjacent to York County Court house were he did lots of business \. You have the information in the "Chronology of two men named William Crump; time and location proves there are two men of this name."

If you will check the map of Virginia, you will note that York County is miles away from Lancaster County. In fact, the only way to get back and forth was by ship.

William Crump of York asnd New Kent County married a lady named Anne -?- as evidenced by their court documents signed on 24 May 1660 in York County.

The William Crump whpo married Frances Mountney is a totally different William Crump.
