Ethel Twinam married unknown Crum

I am interested in any information about Ethel Twinam and her marriage into the Crum Family. In the 1920 census of Carter County, Kentucky she is 36, a widow, and head of a household that includes Edna (24 Apr 1902), Essie (abt 1905), Lee Eunice (abt 1907), Wayne (abt 1909), Ray (abt 1911), Delphia (12 Feb 1912), Mabel (9 Feb 1914), Dealia (1 Oct 1915), and Pauline (21 Aug 1917). Ethel went on to marry John C. Calhoun (1930 census of Carter County) who died in 1945 in Ohio. The confusing thing is that an Ethel Twinam married a John M. Defoe in Carter County on 28 Jun 1902 ans had children: Mary E. [Edna?](abt 1904), Essie (abt 1905), Lee E. [Eunice] (abt 1907, and George W. {Wayne} (abt 1908) according to the 1910 census of Carter County. Any help will be appreciated.
