Eve Crum Notes - In 1821, the Court on hearing a petition of Eve Knoy ordered the Sheriff to summon a jury of good lawfully men to lay off and assessing the dower of the said Eve Knoy in the lands of her late husband, Christian Knoy. In may 1821, a Court Order identiffied the children of Christian Knoy as : David, Jacob, William, Mary, Henry, Alexander, Elizabeth and Sydney.
Records of the Moravians in N.C. Vol. 8, page 3870 - On 5 Apr 1829, 3 adults were baptized in Friedland, namely the Widow Eve Knoy, maiden name Krumm, her married daughter Mary Schhnieder, and her single daughter Elizabeth Knoy.
Page 4257 - To Indiana, October 1830, Eve Knoy, maiden name Crumm; David Schnieder and family. (Elizabeth Knoy was inadvertently ommitted; she married in Indiana in 1832.).
