I hope you may be able to help me. I have been seeking any information on a Jacob Crum married to a Elizabeth?? I am told he served in the Rev. War but not been able to find proof. The info I have is Jacob was born in 1765 in Ireland. He is of Scottish ancestry. Jacob and Elizabeth had 3 sons and 1 daughter that I know of but it is said there are more children. His sons names were Peter, Hiram and Elias and his daughter was Martha Melinda. Hiram and Elias later moved to Alcorn County Mississippi and I am told that Peter moved to Arkansas. If any of this matches what you have in your files, I would love to hear from you.
