I understand there are still some copies of Ferris Crum's 1965 edition of "A Crum Family in America" available by writing to his son, Winston Crum, 100 James Blvd. W303, Signal Mountain, TN 37377. The book deals with two lines: descendants of Mathias Krum/Crum and Anthony Crum, both from Germany in mid-1700s, possibly (though not proven) brothers. It does NOT include anything on the WVa, TN or "southern" Crums in general, nor any KY Crums other than sons John and Jacob of Mathias, from Montgtomery Co., VA who settled briefly there in late 1700s on their way to Indiana.
