I don't know if this info helps much but in The Wayne County News Aug. 4, 1993, there is an article by June B. Ashworth that talks about Lucinda Naomi. Pertinent excerpt is as follows:

Van Buren Marcum b. 1830 d. at Wilsondale in 1864, m Lucinda Naomi Crum b. 1830 d/0 William and Jane Crum who were both b in KY and were Cherokee Indians.. . Lucinda left WV and lived near the William Marcum family in Adams County, OH. She later married a Sammons.

It goes on to list Van's children. It ends by saying that William and Jane Crum's only known children are Lucinda Naomi and Nancy Jane.

I don't know where the author got this information but I do have an address for the paper if you would like to contact her.
