The Piqua Daily Call, Piqua, Ohio, page 2, Tuesday, July 14, 1931 - DORWIN CROZIER SUCCUMBS TODAY AT ST. LOUIS, MO. -- Son of Ex-Mayor William G. Crozier Expires Suddenly--Body to be Brought Here.
Frieds of ex-Mayor William G. Crozier are today extending their sympathy in the death of his only son, Dorwin Crozier, 47, which occurred suddenly this morning at 2:30 o'clock at his home in St. Louis. The message announcing the death was Mr. Crozier's first information that anything was wrong.
Born and reared in Piqua, Dorwin Crozier attended Piqua High school, leaving this city in 1906 to enter business in Dayton. From Dayton he went to Rochester, New York, where he resided until four years ago when he established his home in St. Louis, being associated with the American Foundry Corporation there.
He leaves his widow, Mrs. Carrie Crozier, of St. Louis, and his father, William G. Crozier of Piqua.
The remains will be brought to Piqua for burial, funeral arrangements to be announced later.
