I am searching for information about Patrick Crowley who married a Mary LEARY (possibly O'LEARY) (probably in Adrigole, Bantry, Co. Cork). This is what I know to be true:
Patrick's parents are Jeremiah (Darby?) Crowley (or Ceohane/Keohane), b abt 1820 in Clashduve, Adrigole Parish, Beara Peninsula, County Cork; and Margaret O'Shea (no further information on her, although I suspect her birth is similar to Jeremiah's). Jeremiah and Margaret were married Feb 14, 1846 at Massmount Church, Adrigole Parish. They only had 2 children that I am aware of - Nancy Ann and Patrick.
Somehow, I came across information from the 1901 Parish census and it states that Patrick and Mary had 14 children: John, Annie, Patrick, Jeremiah, Mary (Minnie - my gr-grandmother), Bridget, Daniel, Dennis, Julia, Francis and 4 children who had already left for America (Michael, Margaret, Nelie, and Katie).
Any information on Patrick, his wife Mary, or his parents Jeremiah and Margaret, is appreciated. This line has been a brick wall to me for many years!
