Edward CROWELL,Sr. married Martha (-)CROWELL Edward,Sr. wrote and filed will #448, dated Sep.20, 1788,pg 206, in Halifax Co., NC. His brother, John CROWELL,also wrote and filed will#24,pg25 dated,(-)Apr, 1760 in Nash Co.,NC. I'm searching for the parents of these 2 brothers. Their ancestors moved from Mass. into Woodbridge,NJ. From there to Halifax Co.,NC. Not certain of departure date from NJ.They are descendants of Edward CROWELL and Mary LOTHROP CROWELL,of Barnstable Mass.
