My wife, Joan, is a descendant of Eleazar Crowell who, I believe came to Clark's Harbour, N.S. from halifax, N.S. I have not yet had time to trace that line back to Cape Cod, but it seems likely that they descended from the Cape Cod Crowells(Crowe). Joan, through her father, is already descended from William Brewster and Stephen Hopkins and through her mother to Isaac Allerton and Degory Priest. I would like to follow up with you after I have to opportunity to prove her back to Cape Cod.
