Need help with -Crowell's of Nova Scotia

I have recently found my ggggrandmother, Ann Crowell b. early 1800's of Nova Scotia. She married Thomas Row (e) of England. They had a son John W. Row(e)b. 1839 in Harvey, NS. Canada. I have heard of three Crowell brothers that left Mass to settle in NS. Could Ann be a daughter/granddaughter of one them?
