Regarding James Crowell

Ruth's information about James Crowell being a descendent of Yelverton Crowell line is correct.

In the First Settlers of Piscataway and Woodbridge pg1552 he is listed as Edward Crowell Jr.'s son by Edward's third wife, Christian. EC Jr. was born June 6, 1685.

Edward Jr is the son of Edward Sr. who was the son of Yelverton Crowe/Crowell.

Edward Sr.'s wife was Mary Lathrop, daughter of Joseph, Granddaughter of Rev. John Lathrop.
