I believe you have confused the children of Mark and Ann Barlow Crowder with the brothers and sisters of Ann Barlow.? From Wm. Barlow's Will in 1766 it only names 2 children: Ann Barlow, wife of Mark Crowder and Charles Barlow. Phyllis Crowder
