Edward Crowder m Elizabeth Blankenship Feb 20, 1832 in this County - my Gr.Gr.Grandfather & his first wife. Their children were James E., Elizabeth F., Louisa M., Daniel B., John W., Simon, Susan and Richards H. His 2nd wife, my Gr.Gr.Grandmother Mary S. Vaughan, was b abt 1825, Nottoway Co., Va. Their children were Joseph S. (my Gr.Grandfather) b 1854, Sallie P. b 1856, George W., b 1860, Silas Shelbourne b 1863. My Gr.Grandfather, Joseph's obit states that his father was Joseph also. This could be a misprint, or his name could have been Joseph Edward or Edward Joseph.
