I'm looking for parents of John W. Crowder b. 1808 in Virginia and married to Lucy Jane Hays. He's my 3x great-grandfather. (John W.->Robert Richard->Robert Austin->J.T.->Harry->me)
I've seen a tree that goes up from John W. son of Anthony son of William son of Bartholomew C. son of Bartholomew O. son of Henry son of Hugh (the 1600s one from the B. Nova ship) but I don't know it to be a true account of my lineage.
Can anyone advice otherwise?
