Stephen,
Welcome to Crowder genealogy research.I'm not sure what info that you have conecting yourself to Hugh Crowder of Jamestown. But I must say that most of us have made that same connection by mistake.Hugh Crowder came to America in 1619 aboard the Bona Noua(Nova). He died apr 21 1628 interstate over water, no record of a wife or childern. This info listed in the records of "The Viginia Company" Which you can read in the "Jefferson Papers" at the Library of Congress. What info do you have on your grand parents/ great grandparents, maybe those of us that have been doing this for a while can help you get on the right path. Your cousin in time, D.P.Crowder
