Wesley and Nancy Crowder were my GG grandparents. They settled in Denton Co. My grandmother, Margaret (Maggie) Crowder McLeod grew up in Snyder, in Scurry Co., the daughter of Wesley's son, Thomas Henry Crowder (b. 1850). Thomas's siblings were Luther, Wiley, Malcolm, Maggie, and Cynthia. I have (somewhere) copies of census records from Denton Co. I have not been to trace Wesley too far back, as there are a million Wesleys, Wileys, Wylies, etc. Do you have this information? I hope this helps.
