==Jeremiah Crowder made his will in Guilford County, North Carolina on 28 January 1795. Signing as witness were David Gilliam and William Crowder. In February Court, 1795 "there to them Joseph Pritchett came in and qualified as Executor there to." Jerimiah made the following provisions in his will.
"I give and bequeth to my son Isaak one black rone colt I lend unto my beloved wife Mathy all my estate during her widowhood and at her death to be sold and equally devided amongst my children namely Sary Pritchet Fanny Wilson Crowder Elizabeth Crowder John Crowder William Crowder Anderson Crowder Jeremier Crowder I give unto my son Pleasent Crowder five shillings for his part of my estate also I ordain my beloved wife Marthy and my son in law Joseph Pritchet my executors of this my last will and testament."
