I am reading a PP tax reel of Mecklenburg VA. The sons listed are over 16. Maybe I can find my William Father if we figure out who this is. In 1789 John lists sons, William and John. 1790 William lists son Anderson. 1791 John lists sons William and Anderson. 1794 William lists sons Anderson John and Willis. My William and the John that is with him paying on same dates were b abt 1765.I know who they were from 1812 to 1830. My William was the only William that stayed in Mecklenburg. Thanks, Patricia
