John Crowe from New England or Virginia early 1700's

There is definitive information on a John Crowe coming into New England in the early 1700's, approx 1630(?).
There is also definitive information from passenger lists of a John and William Crowe landed in Virginia in the year 1620. There is much mention of a John Thomas Crowe, born 1594. in Newton, Waterford, Ireland, died 1688 Virginia. This John is at times belonging to New England families and elsewhere to the Virginia clan. There does not seem to be any definite connection between John Thomas Crowe Esq, and the John and William Crowe landing in Virginia in 1620, and the Thomas Crowe b. 1625, John Crow b. 1654, Thomas Crow b. 1677, and Robert Crow b. 1720 line originating in Essex, then Wythe, Virgina. Anybody got any answers? Input? Thanks
