I am a "CROW" family descendant who is distantly related to this family.
I suspect that "Katherine Martin" is really "Kathryn Crow", born about 1915, daughter of Andrew Jackson Crow and Florence Truman.
1930 Angelina Co., TX, census, roll 2288, page 63B, shows "Andrew J. Crow", head, age 43, married first at age 25, born in Texas, parents born in LA, with occupation as salesman. His wife, Florence, and children; Kathryn, Elmer, Andrew, Darwin and Mollie; were listed in the household located at 710 Ward Avenue in Lufkin, Texas.
Maggie Marie Crow is daughter of Samuel Edward Crow and Carrie C. Miller. Maggie is a sister of Grover C. (Cleveland) Crow. Samuel Edward's parents were Samuel M. Crow, born abt 1836 in MS and Lydia A. Davidson, born abt 1846, in MS.
Alma Crow McReynolds is daughter of Grover C. Crow and Martha R. Crow as you referred to in your posting.
Cleveland Wilborn Crow was a son of Grover C. Crow and Martha R. Crow.
1930 Smith Co., TX, census, roll 2391, page 77B, shows Grover C. Crow, head, age 40, married at age 21, born in Texas, with occupation as farmer. His wife, Marthe R., and children; Woodrow, Lillie, Lorene, Alison, Wilburn and James; were listed in the household.
If you are related to this family I would like to exchange information with you. I have traced this family back to James Crow and Eleanor Nellie Montgomery in Jefferson County, MS, during the period 1800-1850.
