Hi,
I believe you are right, I don't think that Tomas' Robert had any children, at least not while Thomas was alive.
Did you know where Edward is buried? Some years ago we were in Virginia and met a cousin Marie Leanard who knew where Edward's grave was and she show us. Edward is buried in the old Royal Oak Cemetery in Marion, Virginia with his wife's grave beside him. Edward's stone ws barely legible and I could only make out the name Crow on his wife's stone. We were able to get a government veteran's marker for Edward and had that placed on his grave in Oct. 1995.
I have been stuck at Thomas and Edward's generation and have not been able to find them before they got to Southwest Virginia. Have you any information as to where they lived before coming to southwest Virginia?

Let me know if you would like any of this.
