On the 1850 census, Montgomery Co, MO Dist 61 are listed:
William Couch b 1821 Bath Co, KY his wife appears to be Rube. I cannot make out the first child Caya (?) age 2 and Elizabeth 3/12. Next door are his parents Joseph b KY age 59 ? and mother Nancy (Murie) age 55.
In the household with William and Rube are Mary McDaniel age 49, Agnes, 21
William, 17, Land(r)um( M) and Madison (?) Moore m age 45 (?)
No relationship is given for this McDaniel or Moore family to William Couch.
It is the McDaniel family I am interested in. As I am hoping the above Mary McDaniel might be Mary Moore who married a William McDaniel in Campbell Co. VA on 20 Nov 1829. William McDaniel's father possibly from Ky.
