I, too, would like to see some DNA testing done between Crouch and Couch -- put to rest once and for all whether they are the same family or not. I keep finding historical records that say Crouch, but signed by the individual as Couch. In this case, my 4th gr grandfather, John Couch, who went to Perry County KY. Was he really a Crouch? Or was the name changed from Couch to Crouch?? One of John's descendants DNA matches with other Couch lines out of Brunswick County VA. Is there a Crouch DNA project going on, and would anyone be interested in any cross matching??
