I found your message, obviously dated a long time ago, and I thought I would try to find out something about Charles R. Crouch as well. My 94-year-old father-in-law just handed me some ink drawings done by him 1959. They were given to him by a Fred Barclay in Santa Rosa, California. Dad was doing some car repair work, and Fred was a customer.

The four drawings include CALIFORNIA LANCER 1790, MOUNTAIN MAN 1812, OLD TIME COWBOY, and THE VICTOR. They are enclosed in a folder entitled "Collector's Portfolio of Original Western Prints". Does any of this ring a bell for you?

So far, you are the only contact I've found, so it would be very nice if you're still out there and interested.
