We have a Samuel Crothers of Pittsburgh, PA involved in our family history. We are somewhat confused by spelling altenate Cruthers and Crouthers.

In any case the pictures we have of Sam were taken in the 1930 period in Mckee Rocks Stow Township PA. He adopted my wife's mother Frances Majer from Czech so she could attend Pitt Medical school. She and he returned to her home and we have many pictures on the Private section of my web site. (password and login required)
