Hi Bonnie -

All we have right now is a hand-written note by the son of Mathew J. CROTHERS, with what he remembered of his father's family. He said there were 5 brothers, whose names I showed above, and 2 sisters - May and Millie. "Millie" might have been a nickname for Emily. All the CROTHERS men I suspect of being related said they were born in Canada; Mathew J. varied on his census responses, but Sam'l stayed consistent. (And there's a proven connection between Sam'l and Mathew J.) He always stated his father was born in PA, and his mother in NY.

We'll keep trying to locate Mathew J and Samuel's parents - maybe there's a link to your family there. Will let you know if anything turns up.
