Descendant of the slaves

Wanda - I'm a descendant of the slaves. My greatgrand father's name is Frank Crosswhite. I know very little about him except that he came from Kentucky barefoot and settled in Washington Court House, Ohio. Could he be tied back to Sarah Blackburn? I believe Frank had two wives. I do know that my greatgrand mother's name was America and together, she and Frank had two boys - Ben and Joseph Sr. America died and Frank remarried. What I don't know is if his second wife's name was Jane Wier, and whether they had any children. The oddity here is that, my great grandmother, on my mother's side, was Nancy Wier. Nancy Married Zacharia Wharton Lett. Their daughter's name was Rosa Belle Lett who married William Ware from Kentucky. Their daughter's name was Rosella, my mother, who married Joseph Jr. of Washington Court House, Ohio. Could it be that my great grandfather's second wife and my maternal great grandmother were sisters?

Can you help a brother out here?
