The history I have was written by Edward C. Crossman on April 1, 1993 in Hampton, NB.

It's the Crossman Family 1784 to 1993 and he states that his great grandparents _______ Crossman and Alice ________ were married around 1848. They lived in the Parish of Wellington, Kent County, NB and had 3 sons, namely:

Joseph, born about 1849
Joshua, born about 1851
and his grandfather David, 1854-1912
Joseph married Anne Alyward on November 26, 1871; Joshua married Margaret McCarthy on September 21, 1871 and David married Frances Harriet Wetmore Shirley (1859-1944) about 1880.
