Thanks for your reply. Actually (oops) I should have been more specific in my original inquiry. I do have his marriage certificate, which indicates that his parents were William A. Crossman and Phebe Harrison.

What I am looking for is further info on HIM following his marriage. Where did they live? What was his occupation? When/where did he die?

He m. Mary Ella Dougherty (the Widow of Daniel Ebbets) in Groton, CT, on 26 Nov 1895. I cannot locate this family in the 1900, 1910, 1920, or 1030 census, however. (I have searched on Ancestry.com and Heritage Quest.)

In the spirit of "full disclosure," I am looking for this info because I am documenting the Ebbets family. I have no Crossman ancestry.
