Hannah Crossman, wife of Barnabas

Barnabas Crossman, b. 1701 in Taunton, married Hannah and the births of their children are recorded in Middleborough. Hannah has been identified as Hannah Mehurin or Maturin, but Bristol County probate records show that at least in 1741 the Hannah who was the wife of Barnabas Crossman was Hannah Hall, daughter of Samuel and Abigail (Pratt) Hall, of Taunton. Is the Mehurin marriage valid?
