Hi everyone, I'm researching my grandmother's family and have them traced back to a Thomas Crossley, who was born in 1807, almost certainly in Ohio. Thomas married Elmina Shaffer, and their son Edward (or Emmors), married Mary Smith, daughter of Michael Smith (or Schmidt) and Elizabeth Basehart. If anyone else is a descendant of Thomas/knows anything about his family or ancestors, any information would be very appreciated. Thanks!
