Hi.........sorry I took so long. I don't think there is any connection, but does any of this ring a bell? My Great Grandfather Reuben Glover Crossley(b. Dordon Warwickshire Dec. 2 1829) arrived in Adelaide (or Mebourne - some doubt there) in April 1851 to join his brother John, who had arrived earlier. Two younger brothers, Edward and Eli arrived in Australia in 1854. There is a record of another brother Samuel who may have visited Australia briefly and gone on to New Zealand. If there is any connection, please advise!
regards, Graeme Crossley, Melbourne
