i've spent over 15 years researching my lines and, yes, some newbies don't understand the amount of hours we spend and the dollars we spend doing the research, but a little tid bit is always helpful to see if we are traveling the correct trail. others have helped me, and i've helped others - with a smile. others ignorance is no excuse for our being rude. (that's how i took your response to this 'person' anyway. i wont ask you for any info.
