Hi Marilyn:

We have two surnames in common, CROSSLEY and WATERS. There is a Minnie in my line and although my greatgrandmother was not Indian her name was Vashti RAINWATER, which certainly sounds Indian. My 5th great grandmother was Rosanna WATERS FARROW who was a Revolutionary War Heroine (you can read about her at the website "Notable Women Ancestors" in the heroine section. Vashti married David J. (or I.) Crossley and migrated to the Columbus MS - Vernon AL area. David was born circa 1850. My surnames include WATERS/FARROW/RAINWATER/CROSSLEY/BOBO. Reports on these lines can be found at my webpage "Crossley Family Researches" at the Family Treemaker site. Hope to hear from you.
Cindy
