John Triplett, Jr. 48, born in Tennessee; Tempe Cross 22, born in North Carolina; M. C. Triplett (female) 6, born in Tennessee.
The 1860 census for District 9, Scott County, Tennessee lists: John Triplett 52, born in Kentucky; Joel Triplett Triplett 64, born in Tennessee; Lurica Triplett/Louisa Triplett 60, born in Tennessee; Margarette Triplett [Margaret Triplett] 16, born in Tennessee.
Tempe Cross possibly was Temperance Cross and possibly was a daughter of Abraham and Frances Cross.
Can anyone help to identify any of these people?
