I got a little more infor from a letter I have from J.M. Bullen not J.W.Bullen letter is hard to read......My(Great Grandfather) A.J Bullen was in the 4th Regiment Missouri State Militia Calvary as a pvt. in 1862..He was in the Union Army..His Brother J.M. Bullen was in the Northern army 5th east Tennessee Regiment Co. F 1862 also Union....J.M. Bullen was married to Margaret Raby( Just guessing )....J.M. Bullen was with a a man named Christain Ruffiner who married a Nancy Raby ........also a John (not sure if a brother or not) was in 7th East Tennessee Calvary in kentucky....A sister Matilda Bullen married John Cross a Union man...Matilda had to leave home because the rest the family wasn't for the Union....My A.J. Bullen Died 9/8/1894 he was 55...My A.J Bullen was Union Your A.J Bullen was confederate.. still confused as always Robyn :)I'll get this right yet.............
