Martha Alice Crookshank of St. Petersburg, FL, supplied me with some information. I will give only a brief outline but can supply more if requested.
Michael R. Crookshank bore George about 1788 in Virginia. George bore William M. 2/17/1826 in Virginia. William M. lived in Linn County, MO. His son John Robert was born 4/20/1860. Lived whole life in Linn County.John Robert had 5 children, 3 boys who did not die early; John, Luther, and Herman. John's children live in St. Augustine; Luther's children are scattered, Robert in College Station, Paul in NY State, Fred in Texas. The greeting message in this forum is from Paul's son David.
I know there were more children in each generation than I listed but I don't have their names.
