My Great Grandfather, Absalom Monroe Manning was thus named after his Great Grandfather Absalom Crooke. His Grandparents were John & Cassandra (Crooke) Collier and their daughter Levicy Jane Collier married John Manning and thus Absalom Monroe Manning and he married Clarissa Jameson Hinton.
