Hi, I am just getting started on my search, but this is what has been passed down in my family. My great, gr, gr, gr, grandfater was Gen'l George Crook, 1 of his sons married a Cherokee Indian who lived on their land. He became the black sheep of the family and apparently lost all contact with the others. I would love to get more information on siblings etc., I do know that Cinncinatis Bethel Crook was my great grandfather, married Nora Teters. Any ideas where I should start would be greatly appreciated.
