I enjoyed reading your post. My ancestors are William Perry and Sallie Crook. I don't have much information on Crook ancestory. It appears that some Crooks did settle in Lawrenceburg. They are descendants of Silas Fountain Crook, brother to Sallie. I found the grave marker for Cecil Perry Reed, a daughter of William and Sallie in Franklin County. I also, searched for the remnants of an old Baptist church, called Friendship. They were founders of the congregation on Willow Creek in Anderson County. I was unsuccessful in a search for the old foundation. It is on private land and isn't easily accessible. A church located 12 mi. west of Lawrenceburg on U.S. 62 known as Friendship Baptist still exist today.
