Hi Laura,

The Knapps arrived in Massillon in 1855 and have not been able to find them in any published lists from that time period. The only clues I have of their country of origin is Baden and Alsace-Lorraine. I have alot of data on them after they arrived. I just want to trace them back further and thought a descendent from another sibling might help. My husband descends from Clara Knapp's sister, Magdelena. Thanks for your suggestions!
