My great-grandfather was a James Crompton. He was born 29 February, 1836, became a Primitive Methodist Minister, married at least twice (last time to Elizabeth) & had 3 children: Ann D., John and Mary A.M. (probably called after her mother, Mary Alice). They were born 1865-68. James died in 1911. Is this Crompton line relevant? Norman Crompton.
