Niki and John,
Some answers to your questions. I have the families genealogy back to about 1610 in The Netherlands, to present.
Hendrick Krom (Generation 7) married Johanna Quick. Two of his children were, John b. bef 1748 and Salomon b. bef 1754.
It seems that Catherine married twice. Once to Arie Van Etten and then to Hendrik Kortreght on Dec. 2, 1703. I have three children listed for the second marriage; Abram b. bef 1706, Geertjen b. bef 1712, Bastiaan b. bef 1716.
I too desend from the line of Gysbert by way of his son Dirk.
I am now in the process of re-entering all 900 or so family names and info. As soon as it is done, I can send you a GED file of the family.
We are having a family reunion on Aug. 6th in Napanoch, NY. I will be getting some more info there too.
I am also in the process of searching for the families resting places in the local cemeteries. If there is any other info that I can help with let me know.
