I am sad to say that in my enthusiasm as a new owner of Family Tree Maker, I did submit what information I had entered...not double checked not proofread. I am now quite embarrased...FTM, a wonderful program, but it SELLS the information via the CD's. I got the information from someone else, and who knows how many people did hard work to obtain the data...now it is FOR SALE, without the original researcher(s) permission and without the researchers receiving credit whether it be monetary or otherwise. I do not know what CD it is on and I only regret that it is....it should be passed freely to other family members, but not SOLD to them.
