As a direct descendent of Sarah Crockett Goodgame and someone who has very recently delved into this question, I can add some additional insight..
My great uncle Walter U.L. Mims, who grew up in Thorsby AL (near Clanton), saw Sarah's marker in the Mullens Cemetery sometime in the 1960s and verifies that it has since been stolen.
