UPDATE:
Since my last post I have found addt'l information on my family:
Grandfather: David B. Crockett b:approx 1864 in Kentucky
Grandmother: Mary P. Trujillo b:approx 1888 in Colorado
They had 3 children:
Davy V. Crockett b:1908 in WY died: 1962 in Oregon
Lela(Crockett)Marusich b:1910 in CO died: 1974 in Calif
Marshall W. Crockett b:1913 in Walsenburg,CO died:1962 Calif.
This family lived In Wyoming, Colorado, California & Oregon. Don't know when my grandparents died or where. I do know that the two older children (Davy & Lela) were in a children's home for a time in Denver, CO run by a Frederick & Minnie Fanger. My Grandfather, David B. Crockett was a miner in I think mostly Wyoming. Lela was married to Anthony J. Marusich in Calif in 1948 and divorced in 1968. Davy was married to Blanche Cross in Oregon in approx 1947/48 and was still married to her when he died in 1962. Marshall was married to Mamie Christopherson in approx 1945-1948 and was married to her until he died in 1962. If anyone is familiar with this family please contact me thru this website or my email:
