Research for Croatian and Bosnian ancestors

I Need some help in researching my family surname(s) in Croatia and Bosnia - Herzegovina.(Pandzic & Cackovic) My family surname, ancestry and history is from Drinovci, Bih as far back as I can research. I had a wealth of help in the Beginning from a Franciscan Monk (my father's cousin Fra Basilije Pandzic). He researched the local Church and families in the village some 10 or 15 years ago and I have digitized all of his findings. Since that time I have found connections that further the family lines and add to our tree. I however can not communicate with Fra Basilije as he is 92, and can not speak English. I will be visiting Zagreb in May and June of this year(2014) to talk with him, using a cousin I have in the same city. What I would love to know is this. Is there a very reputable genealogy team that can help me further my research in Zagreb? if so who?
Also if anyone can help me translate the word "Drinovci" into English? I am writing a book on the family origins and need all the help I can get. Thanks in advance...
