Regarding Cvitaks from Netretic, Croatia, I am searching for the parents of Mato Cvtak born 1879. His wife is Kata Krascic (I'm told) born 1879 Croatia. They immigrated in 1905 on ship La Champagne. Their family settled in Omaha, Nebraska.
On the same boat was Gjuro Cvitak born 1873 Croatia, but I can't make a connection to Mato.
(Interesting, there is another Mato Cvitak born 1872 Netretic, that immigrated 1905, different boat, but went to Pittsburgh.
Mato and Kata's first two children were born in Croatia: Helen Marie born 1901 Zagreb and William Charles born 1905 Croatia (I have descendants if interested). William's cousin is said to be the first of the family to come to America.
Any help would be appreciated,

Cliff Eighmy
