Yes, at first I said my Grandmothers second husband was a Spencer, which is what I remembered my dad to say, but when you found Schnider, and we see how the first names all match up with my grandmother (Veronica) and the move of all the children, it is obvious I got the name wrong.
The last name of my Great-Grandmothers (Veronica Balkovitz-Schnieder) maiden name is listed as Dillon on my Grandmothers (Mary Balkovitz) marriage license. So that is the only way I know it is correct.
Thank you so much for the links to the pictures. I appreciate all you have done to help me and your history information of Croatia and its language has made me want to learn more. Thanks again.
